
Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
The three of us who operate Pan-Am Films want you to be completely satisfied with your experience with us, our films and our products. If we've made a mistake, could do better or can help improve your experience please let us know directly at panamericanfilmdivision@gmail.com

If you'd like to return a product you received from us, cancel an order or get a refund before we've sent it - start by emailing us. We'll help you out. Officially, we will accept returns for only 30-days, anything beyond that we will certainly discuss with you but can not guarantee. Please keep in mind, anytime you make a return, or refund, even if we haven't mailed you a product yet, directly costs us money. There are middlemen who have already collected money from us while serving you that we will never see again, unfortunately. Despite that, your happiness is more important than ours, and we mean that, because we believe that's how the world should work.

Every return or refund situation will be different and after discussion, and sometimes photos to document the condition of your items, will impact if we provide a full refund, partial, exchange, or return. Return shipping will be be covered by the customer, and the cost of shipping the items to you cannot be refunded after we've purchased the labels from the USPS. Any refunds will be processed by the third party financial partner you paid securely through, like PayPal or Square and will go to the initial form of payment.
