Wow. I’m only on the 3rd ep. and it’s so good . I got the hardcover 2 years ago and it was great the art work blew me away but I have to say this audio really enhances the story . The authors narration and the sound track makes it feel like you are in it. Its an emotional experience that intertwines the history,heart and determination of the city and the team . Entertaining and uplifting - highly recommend
Wow! I love this audiobook. The sound design, the characters and the storyline are all so cinematic! I love the real world connection to all the 22-23 Bills season! Having the audio makes makes it something i can put on while im sitting on my porch and feel like im in an imax movie theater. Great job to the creators! Thinking of doing a listening party for all my friends that also have the book.
Audiobook doesn't do this masterpiece justice. It's 12 hours of meticulously crafted narration, sound design, and music scores. I often have a difficult time getting into the fantasy realm, but this book makes it easy. The author/narrator brings the characters to life with his variety of voices and sound design. It's thrilling and gripping, and at times even funny, and other times, sad. What a fun idea to bring the team we love most into a fantasy world! Highly recommend the audiobook and book!
This would be best enjoyed alongside the beautiful illustrations. I downloaded to listen while running and found it hard to follow along and impossible to understand at times, mostly due to the distorted voices of some of the characters. This might not have been as difficult had I been following along. But, that defeats the purpose of a downloadable audiobook, hence the 4 stars instead of 5. PS Joeseph of High Burrow was the only character that seemed OOC, all others were spot on!
